Give Your Teeth a Voice

Hello, and welcome back to our blog! As you have probably guessed by our business name and the general titles of the other blogs on our blog page that we are a dentist in Westminster, Colorado. As dentists, we see a lot of posts on the internet about the ways the people can better take care of their teeth. These blogs, for the most part, do a great job of helping people take better care of their teeth, however, we feel that these posts don’t always get the point across in such a way as to make sure that people remember what they have read. In today’s post, we are going to conclude our short blog series on the things that your teeth wish they could tell you in relation to their health. If you haven’t read our previous post on this subject, we suggest you do so, however, if you would rather read it later that is totally fine also. Now, keep reading below to hear more about what your teeth would say if they could talk.

Floss us. We love it!

From your perspective, we’re sure that flossing isn’t all that fun. First, you have to take the time to actually get the floss and, by the time you’re actually done flossing, your gums are probably not all that happy with you. But do you know who is happy? Us, your teeth. We love when you floss and we promise that if you keep flossing, we will love you even harder. When you floss the space between us, you’re removing all sorts of harmful bacteria and food particles that, if left to their own devices, would work to eat a hole in our bodies. Once this happens, we can’t really do the things that we are supposed to do and, even worse, you’ll find the whole process pretty painful! We know it’s a bit of an inconvenience, but if you keep flossing between us, we’ll keep mashing up your food. Deal? Deal.

Take us to see the dentist.

The last thing we ask of you is to make sure that you take us all to visit the dentist at least twice a year. While most of us might be in great shape, some of us could use a little help every once in awhile. By scheduling visit where a dentist can take a look at us, you are making sure that we don’t have anything sinister going on under the curtain. Not that we would ever plot against you, it’s just that sometimes we have things wrong with us that even we don’t know about!

If you would like to schedule an appointment at our Westminster dentist office, please get in touch with us today by filling out our contact form or by giving us a call at (303)-327-9005. We are a full-service dentist office and we are certain that we can handle any issues that you may be having with your teeth and gums.
